Looking to apply? The following items are required:

• Government-issued photo ID for all applicants. All occupants age 18 and older must complete an application.
• Proof of income (pay stubs from four most recent consecutive pay periods, or an employer verification letter on company letterhead). Self-employed, retired, military, or receiving benefits? See the full criteria for what to provide.
• Combined gross monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Please note that unemployment benefits and school loans are not accepted as proof of income.
• Application fee: $75 per applicant (non-refundable) & Admin fee: $150 per unit
• A credit, rental history, and criminal background check will be conducted for all applicants.
